A special deputyship was the succession for Imam Mahdi during his minor occultation. The holder of this position had the scientific, political and economic supervision of the Shiite community, including other lawyers and ordinary Shiites and because of the direct connection with Imam Mahdi, the questions of the Shiites have been answered through them. In addition, in order to achieve this position, a direct and explicit text from the divine Hujjah was necessary. Imamiya considered this position unique to four of the jurists of the minor occultation period and mentioned them with the phrase "Nuwwab Arba’a (The Four Deputies)". According to this position, some contemporary deviant currents have tried to distort their meaning and number and through citing some verses and narratives, have tried to consider the continuation of special deputyship after the fourth deputy as necessary and consider themselves as the last special deputy before reappearance of Imam Mahdi. In this article, we will answer this question with a descriptive-analytical method, what are the Qur'anic reasons for the claimant of contemporary Yamani and its criticism in the claim of the continuation of special deputyship after minor occultation? The findings of this study suggest that, in addition to the contradiction of Ahmad Ismail's statement regarding the interruption and non-interruption of the special deputyship after minor occultation, his understanding of the phrase "fitrat" in the Qur'an is wrong, and what is meant by this word is not a hidden divine proof (hujjah), but rather what is meant is the absence of a prophet who owns the Sharia. Furthermore, what is meant by the verse "Ikmal Din" is the necessity of the existence of infallible divine Hujjah, the only example of which is Imam Mahdi.
